Chelseas hidden cove

This is a painting i did for my friend Chelsea. Shes actully one of the first people i sat around and painted with ... interesting. She asked me to paint her a beach scene and i was all about doing a nice tropicalish scene with some nice water and stuff. I wanted to put more flowers but the refrence i used wasnt a good choice. I made lots of additions to this from the refrence ... the original was so bland i really wanted the challange of making a much more exciting and interesting scene.
